Are you ready to release old energies and beliefs that keep you weighed down and stuck in a loop of stagnancy? These sessions were created to support you in breaking down and clearing out any heavy and dense vibrations from your body and your thoughts. I’ll also activate and balance your chakras, or energy centers, through the use of Usui Reiki and indigenous healing practices. As a certified shamanic healer, I facilitate this healing work with the purpose of reconnecting you with your center and grounding your thoughts and clearing your energy.

Reiki + Shamanic Healing Sessions

In this 1-hour session, I use multiple methods of energy alchemy as well as Reiki and Shamanic healing methods to connect you to Source, or Universal energy. The purpose of this work is to support your physical, energetic, and emotional bodies in healing, attuning, and releasing old emotions and blockages. Shamanic healing involves helping people become aware of how their emotional patterns manifest in physical reality, and then helping them realign with the more holistic patterns of universal consciousness.

This session may include:

Crystals
Herbs for clearing
Native American instruments (drums, rattles, chants, breathwork, etc)
Soundbowls
Aromatherapy
Chakra balancing + activating
Energetic reading

Following the energy work, I share with you any feedback or insights I may have accessed or downloaded from your energy or guides. I’ll share possible recommendations and practices that you can take up on your own to support your healing process. I also share any feedback I may have intuited from your energy work. For example, I may notice if your throat chakra is particularly dense. This usually suggests that you bite your tongue a lot or censor your authentic truths. Whatever I download, I always share with you post-session. This will be a great time for you to ask questions and receive clarity.
